Lobertho James Mireau

Lobertho was born on November 13 and is the co-founder, musical director, producer and keyboardist of the band EKZOTIK. Lobertho began playing the piano at the tender age of 15. At the age of 19, Lobertho became one of the youngest members to ever join the Legendary Haitian Orchestra SEPTENTRIONAL.
Lobertho came to the US in 2000 and has been residing on Long Island, NY. Lobertho has always been passionate about his Haitian Culture and he has managed to acquire some great experiences while touring with various Groups and Artists like: Stanley Toussaint (tantan), Phantoms, and Zenglen, just to name a few.
As the band leader of EKZOTIK, Lobertho wants to keep on working at bringing something Fresh to the music industry.
Lobertho genuine passion and unsung love for music will introduce a fresh and energizing sound and approach to the international market. Lobertho’s favorite line is “What would my Life be without music”.

Jude Marcellus
Jude was born Petion-Ville, Haiti on August 12th. Ask Jude what he enjoyed doing when he was younger growing up in Haiti?, the answer would and will be music and a good game of basketball. Around the ages of 14 and 16, Jude started to excel at the game of basketball and there were early signs that if he trained enough, he would grow into a professional player, but his passion for music slowly diminished his interest for basketball. Jude began to flourish at the age of 16, when his natural flair for singing and songwriting came to fruition. Whenever his school held talent shows, he would partake in them by singing. Jude was blessed with the ability to utter an array of many different, amazing tones, ranges and styles with his vocals. Jude also plays the guitar and enjoys composing new songs.
In 2006, Jude came to the United States and currently resides in Hollis, New York.
Jude has never been part of a band prior to joining Ekzotik, where the Group is currently putting the finishing touches in the studio on their First CD. Jude has been working extremely hard at writing and composing songs in English, French, and Haitian Kreyol.
Jude is a very dedicated to his family, friends, band mates, and most of all his music.

Guy Jules
Guy was born on April 6, in Arcahaie, Haiti. Guy is also a Co-Founder, producer and composer of the group EKZOTIK. Guy first became interested in playing guitar at the age of 8, when he grew fond of his cousin's acoustic six-string. He initially took much influence from some great Haitian guitarists like: Dadou Pasket, Robert Martino just to name a few, but once he discovered West Montgomery, George Benson, Mike stern, Frank Gambale and Barry finnerty everything changed. Rather than just playing konpa music, Guy began playing Smooth Jazz, Fusion Jazz and R&B. At the age of 19, Guy moved to the US, where he joined New York All-stars. A few years later, Guy got a call to join another R&B group called Wepleubnesta, He also spent some time playing with NY Based group 718 Boyz as a lead guitarist where later he became the group’s band leader.
Guy’s increasing interest in jazz led him to go to music school. Although, he started as a self-taught musician, he decided to go to a jazz music institution just to get deeper into complexities of Jazz. As a result, Guy has developed a very unique style.
Guy Jules has been featured on over 150 solo albums, performed with a number of solo artists and now an active member of the group Ekzotik.

I applaud Lobertho for his hard work and efforts to resurface with this new project.... However, this poster just comes across as pure laziness. They could have come up with something more refreshing. oh well.. Good Luck

I like the name, it reminds me one of those 80 zouk band. They could do a better job for the poster. Lobertho looks like he is flying.

Good luck to the band. I just think it's about time you hire a PR or an idea person because the name suggests something HOT!!!

The background suggests a really HOT environment (with the yellow and bright orange, sun etc)

But you guys are wearing leather stuff!! So it's not adding up! M'ap tann!!
