Question,thats the 3rd Karizma track I heard the singer always off key,is that the band originality or,smh,he need a serious coach,another reason that cause our music can't crossover,imaginé Paul Simon from Xfactor, ap tandé misyé.

I don't think they need an other singer! Their singer needs to work n his craft and improve that's it. No body started perfect. Trust me once they side him with an other singer upfront it will be drama! Why? Cuz the original singer will feel as co-founder and co-owner of the band the man with the final word! And the "new singer" would feel like he is the band's savior and would blackmail them when ever he wants.
My suggestion "leave the band as is and have the band leader pressure the singer to NOT let the band leave him behind.
