An 18 year old boy is so traumatized that he is not even coming out of his house after the shameful rape and beating by U.N soldiers from Uruguay.
After they give us the cholera, and raping so many innocent girls now they are abusing boys...Report coming from Port Salut said that the victim is now looking pale because he is barely eating anything giving to him.
A Uruguayan soldier gave his cell phone to someone in Haiti to add some music to the phone when the person saw the gruesome video and made it public. Now the Haitian government is taking some steps as the population is outrage by the finding.

PORT-AU-PRINCE - Un juge haïtien a ouvert une enquête sur le viol présumé d'un jeune homme de 18 ans par quatre soldats uruguayens de la mission de stabilisation de l'ONU déployée dans le pays, a indiqué vendredi à l'AFP le magistrat.
Nous avons recueilli les témoignages de la victime (...) et de sa mère, nous avons aussi visionné les images de la scène qui s'est déroulée dans une base des soldats uruguayens, a déclaré le juge Paul Tarte joint par téléphone.
Selon des images prises à l'aide d'un téléphone portable et diffusées sur internet, quatre soldats du bataillon de l'Uruguay, membre de la mission de l'ONU (Minustah) auraient participé au viol du jeune homme.
Selon le juge, un certificat médical émis par un médecin haïtien a révélé des blessures au niveau anal.
Après avoir constaté les faits, nous avons transmis un dossier au commissaire du gouvernement (procureur, ndlr), a ajouté M. Tarte, qui a souligné ne pas avoir pu interroger les Casques bleus mis en cause.
J'ai reçu le commandant du bataillon des soldats de l'Uruguay, Fernando Perez. Il m'a assuré que les soldats ont été placés à l'isolement et avaient été transférés à Port-au-Prince, a ajouté le magistrat.
Il a par ailleurs indiqué qu'il enquêtait également sur des cas de relations sexuelles entre des soldats et des adolescentes haïtiennes qui seraient tombées enceintes.
Si les faits sont avérés, les auteurs devront être traduits en justice, a réagi un porte-parole de l'ONU, Kieran Dwyer. Les auteurs présumés ont été placés en isolement et une aide a été apportée à la victime, a indiqué à l'AFP M. Dwyer.
Les Nations unis prônent la tolérance zéro en matière d'abus sexuels. Nous prenons ces accusations très au sérieux, a-t-il ajouté.
Créée en 2004, la Minustah était prévue sur le long terme. Son mandat a été renouvelé périodiquement par le Conseil de sécurité de l'ONU, dernièrement en octobre 2010 pour un an.
La présence de la mission, qui compte environ 12.000 hommes en uniforme, avait déjà été mise en cause fin 2010, après une épidémie de choléra que des soldats népalais étaient suspectés d'avoir importé, donnant lieu à des émeutes contre le contingent onusien. Agence France Presse

They need to watch the victime so he does not commit suicide.
Maybe sending him somewhere far from people who know him might help.

It seems like they are trying to move the whole family out of Haiti because someone reported to the press that passport are being made for 7 of his close relative....Maybe they will put them under the witness protection program....they will vanished somewhere in the U.S in a state with very few or no Haitian at all...like Colorado pou yal mange fredi...and give them all a new name but yet a good life too.
