Give the Bulls credit, they have a suffocating defense that will get any team tired. Chris Bosh was the only one who brought his A Game. D Wade was off to a point that when Lebron was off after two fouls, Wade couldn't hold on with the Bulls. James and Wade need to be as agressive in the rebound as they were vs the Celtics. Noah just control the paint, 10 rebs, 8 of them offensive is unacceptable. Bosh is always alone between Noah, Gibson, Boozer. They have to change their tactics in game two. D Rose put on some point but the bench and the other players came out stronger specially Luol Deng. Heat can let Rose score as well, all they need is to control teh rebound and the supporting cast. D Wade has to bring his A game next time.

For the second time in his career Lebron James is starting to prove that he is a clutch player and a closer. There was the Celtics in Game 5 and last night the Bulls in critical Game 2. Haslem came out big for the Heat with some good highlight reels. However, the Anthony and Magloire got to step up their game if they don't want to overuse Hasleem. They left him on the floor for 13 minutes before entering the 4th quarter. You could see Haslem getting tired which allowed the Bulls to tie the game after a careless turnover, a miss shot and missing his assignment on defense.
D-Wade put on a great defense against Rose. Even with Rose "off" night, it wasn't a blow out and the Bulls didn't get barbecued. The game was close till the final 3 to 4 minutes with both team having trouble to score until Lebron took over.

Ah monche not the second time only his career. The guy singlehandedly took Cleveland to the NBA finals in 07, beating the the Pistions by himself, scoring the last 23 pts for his team. Lebron James has always been good, but as someone said he just needed someone to help him close games. I dont care how good you are, you can't win big games by yourself you need help.

The game last night was a throwback Eastern Conference game, reminiscent of Heat-Knicks, Bulls-Pistons...Everyone gave max effort and you can tell they were dog tired at the end of the game.

I've seen so-called defensive games when cats were just missing shot. What I saw last night was TRUE defensive grit on both sides.

It simply came down to Haslem providing needed energy and scoring and Lebron willing the team to victory. It could have easily been Wade or Rose that made the clutch shots. But no doubt it was gonna have to be one of the superstars!

I always thought it was best for Miami to start the series on the road. I didn't think the Bulls could beat them twice in Chicago. Now let's see if Miami can hold on to the home court.

Bingo! I think people- whether intentionally or unintentionally- forget how clutch Lebron was in Cleveland (or refuse to give him his props) because of the failures against the Celts and the way he left Cleveland.
There's no way in hell those Cav teams should have win 60 games and gone on to the Eastern conference finals and Finals with that roster. Lebron simply needed a little help to get him over the hump. But don't discount how BAD the guy was in Cleveland: 23 straight points, buzzer beating J, buzzer beating baseline drive, etc.

Criticize when appropriate, but be fair people.

So you are agreeing with me. He was never considered as a closer. His 3pt that some called the biggest shot of his life in a playoff game against Orlando was considered a fluke. Throughout this season, when the game is on the line Lebron failed to make the clutch shot that will tie or win the game. In these 2 critical playoffs game, you can see Leborn James taking the game over by himself and making all the big important shots and steals.

JVJ, you can't have a weak roster and win 60 games while you have the Lakers with Pau Gasol and the Big 3 C's in 2008-2009. It's not like lebron James was in a team where Lamar Odom is considered as the next best option. James had 3 other guys along with him averaging double digit that season.

We must admit that Haslem was ON last night and saved the day for the Heat.

The question is can they keep it up?

Let’s not claim victory here, because Rose had an OFF night and even with the Bulls shooting 38% and the Heat 52% the game was still tight.

The game was very tight until the end of the 4th quarter and could have gone either way.

The Bulls had missed shorts the used to make easily, this conference here is for the Bulls to loose.

Let’s not kid ourselves here; we know that Rose won’t be contained for the entire series.

Piga’m tande silens apre pwochen game lan.

Sure you can. And it's a testament to James's talent. He MADE Mo Williams (a decent player) an All-Star. Ilgauskus is a serviceable player, but he was NOT the second coming of Kareem or Wilt!

And without Lebron the Cavs became a lottery team. Let's see if the #1 pick can bring the Cavs back to 60 games next year.

Kobe Gasol Odom....Pierce/Allen/Garnett (all Hall of Famers)...James/Mo/Z (sounds like a bad 80s rap group)...now, you tell me which trio does not belong in the conversation Laughing
