None other than PIPO and RALPH MENELAS were given an "F" (Failing) grade as band owners/leaders when they used to be leading BELJAZ, by none other than their former gongist TI DOU.
TI DOU: "I was the first person that left BELJAZ. Why? Because PIPO and RALPH MENELAS were not managing the group's affairs well. Pipo would be taking deposits from promoters on one side, Ralph would be taking deposits from other promoters on the other side, and when it was time to pay the band after a gig, they did NOT have the money to do that because they would spend it. It became a huge problem for me to work and not get paid, so I had to leave Beljaz."

But the leadership skills is something else..

I don’t know if this is true or not, but it’s not surprising to hear either.
Pipo is now with Nu-Look, Menelas is working for a successful comeback, and Ti Dou, who is now bandless, should lay low for a while. |

I see you only have one sentence spread out to couple line on this subject
If the post was about other band that you do not like you usual writing a book!!
Is this subject too close to home?? I am sensing a little hypocrisy here…
