It seems to be creeping up in the HMI. Just like HOLLYWOOD, the HMI has its "real" bonafide stars, and it also has musicians that are more known as CELEBRITIES than for what they have accomplished in the business as an artist.

Hollywood has its "A" list to the bottom of the barrel "D" list. The "D" list being the ones that partygoers try to get to a party IF THEY CAN'T GET THEIR HANDS ON MAJOR STARS or people that can create major buzz for their parties. WE ARE NOT SAYING THAT IT IS RIGHT OR WRONG, but it does exist in our HMI circle.....believe it or not.

There are musicians that seem to be MORE INTERESTED in keeping up their profiles in the public eye, rather than getting in the studio, or working with a band or two to MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN in order to raise their HMI profiles. Gin musicien who show up at an event NOT TO LISTEN TO THE BAND THAT'S PLAYING, but for no other reason that PEOPLE WILL SEE THEM, and that their pics or videos might/will be seen on the internet.

Have some of these musicians basically given up on the TRYING TO SCORE A HIT CD OR SONG route, and instead decided to take that I HAVE TO BE SEEN AT THAT PARTY ROUTE? Do their "star power" or status INCREASE or DECREASE if TOUT FET KAP FET....OU WE FIGU YO?

I like this post a lot. There were a bunch of these types of superstars in the Misty Jean pics.

While in the american entertainment industry these d-list people do get paid I am wondering in the HMI are these d-list personalities getting or free drinks. Left to be seen.
