Just had the pleasure of running into one of my favorite Vocalists Roberto Pierre-Paul aka Berto while at the studios of Loberto. I was able to capture some of the Enjoyable minutes with my camera and getting a little of what BERTO has been up to since his return to NYC...I must say Berto was a little reluctant in talking about whether his Days with the Original Tempo were Over or is a New Band was in the Making. It was good seeing Berto and I assured him that the encounter would remain just as a Welcome Back to New York type of encounter. Berto expressed his Happiness on seeing me ( we got to reminisce about Our very Memorable Trip to Haiti back in november of '09) and he's expecting my Support on the BERTO & Friends Project.
I wish BERTO all the Best and based on what I got to sample in the Studio, Something very Good is on theHorizon.
