We got this note allegedly from one of the guys who claims that Djakout #1 POUCHON had an alleged confrontation with on Saturday at a beach in Jacmel/Haiti. FRENCH VERSION is followed by ENGLISH TRANSLATION

Ce samedi 18 du moi en cours, sur la plage de Raymond les Bains, du coté des Cayes-Jacmel, Auguste Diverger, Alias Pouchon et la personne qui assure sa sécurité m’ont sévèrement giflé et tabasser avec arme à feu à la main.

Je parlais a des amis avec en main une bière que je buvais paisiblement, quand mon ami Jacky vient m’appeler pour me dire que, y a une prise de gueule entre Pierre Richard (un autre ami) et Pouchon Diverger, J’ai quitté immédiatement la table pour calmer la situation.

A mon arrivé, j’ai vu que Pierre Richard était en train de recevoir des coups sur le visage par la personne qui assure la sécurité de l’artiste en question, je me suis précipité au milieu lui demander de cesser de lui frapper. Subitement, il m a frappé sur le cou, et sans réfléchir je lui tape aussi, et c’est alors qu’il me pointe d’une arme à feu et continu à me tabasser, comme je me trouvais dans un état d’impuissance, puisqu’ il était armé, je me suis laisser maltraité par les deux, comme je n’avais pas d’autre choix, sinon la mort !

C’est ainsi, qu’un autre ami du nom de Réal Lambert se présente au milieu pour crier au secourt, et lui aussi ne faisait pas la règle, il a été bousculé et jeter par terre.

Enfin, la clameur publique nous à finalement délivrer quand bon nombre de personnes se mettaient à crier « ti mesye yo pa fè anyen, yo pa konn nan kont ak moun, pou kisa y’ap pran kou konsa ?» ainsi termine la journée mais, pas mon lot de misère, puisque le lendemain, je me trouvais encore à Raymond, comme d’habitude ! Et c’était la panique totale,

J. louis ainsi connu, à commencer par lancer des propos menaçants à mon égard « nou pa prale, nap kite po’n sou plaj la, m déjà voye koupe rout la » il m’approcha et me dit « se ou’k te nan diskisyon ak pouchon an ? » j’ai repondu « non, m pat nan diskisyon avec pouchon, li te bat mwen », et il m’a dit « ok, se konnya w pral pran kou et n’ap kite po’n paske lè nèg yo vin isit se mwen k mennen yo ».

Pesibleman, nou pran yon tab nou chita n ap bwè ti byè’n, kòm nèg yo chaje pouvwa, yo rele yon ekip nèg answit lapolis pou vin mare’n, lè lapolis rive, yo jwen se menm ti mesye ki te fè plent nan sware ki te pase a, yo pal ak nou yo chita, mesye yo rale revòlvè tire anlè sa ki fè anpil moun pete kouri, epi yo jete yo. Men kouman sa te pase !

On Saturday the 18th of this month on the beach of RAYMOND LES BAINS, POUCHON DUVERGER and the people who were responsible for his security, brutally smacked me and threaten me with weapons in hand.

I was talking to some friends drinking a beer when my friend Jacky came to tell me that there was an argument going on between Pierre Richard and Pouchon. I left my table to try and go calm the situation.

When I got there, I saw that P.R was getting hit in the face by the person who was there to give security to Pouchon. I went over there to ask him to stop hitting him. He hit me in the neck and I hit him back; that's when he pointed a gun at me and proceeded to threaten me. I felt that I was in a position where I could not do anything, that is when I let them two beat up on me, or else I felt I would have died had I put up a fight being that there was a gun in play. That is when my friend Real Lambert showed u and started screaming for help; and he himself got pushed to the ground.

Finally the public came over and they were pleading for us saying that we did not do anything, so they could not understand why we were getting hit. That is how the day ended....but it was not the end because the next day I was at the same spot again, and that is when J. Louis was there. He approached me and asked me if I was the one that had the problem with Pouchon the day before, I said NO I was not in a dispute with Pouchon, I explained that he beat me up. That is when J. Louis explained that it's only now that I am going to get hit because HE is the one who brings the guys here when they visit the town.

My crew sat at our table peacefully to drink, and I guess because these guys have power, they called several people, as well as the police so that that they could come and deal with us. When the police got there, they saw that we were the same people who came and put in our complaints the night before against Pouchon "yo pal ak nou yo chita, mesye yo rale revòlvè tire anlè sa ki fè anpil moun pete kouri, epi yo jete yo. Men kouman sa te pase"

So I see no reason why I would apologize to Pouchon since he told KM that we apologized to him in front of the police. I will send a copy of the complaint that we filed with the police then you will see the truth.

That's a more detailed story from one of the "victim"...He didn't say how is friend got involve in the fight though. It's an unfortunate situation

Yes I received 2 calls from him since yesterday...this is after I spoke to the guy from Radio Zones in Jacmel last nght, as well as this morning. As a matter of fact, the guy from Radio Zones is the one that had NICSON call us to give his side of the story.
