We had a terrible tornado in Maryland last night, and we have been without power since that time. Well Thank God...here at the office I'm able to do this post...
Yes, on July 26 1955...Nemours Jean Baptiste presented his new rhythm to the nation in front of PLACE SAINTE ANNE in the heart of Port-Au-Prince.
It's never too late to say Happy Anniversary to compas, to every compas musicians and everyone else who are working one way or the other in the Konpa business.
