AM I RIGHT or AM I WRONG, but the HMI fans (MOST OF THEM), even if they were a huge fan of any artist in a group that they love, ONCE THE ARTIST LEAVES by any circumstances, they automatically go into this "OU PA NAN JAZZ MWEN ANKOR...I DON'T KNOW U" (And I don't give a rat's behind what you are up to or doing now) MENTALITY

I wouldn't really say "I don't know you", but more something like it's not the same affection anymore.

I would say it depends on the fan and artist.. ginde fanatik ki mache ak djaz yo no matter what so if you leave then good bye and good riddance. On the other hand sometimes its also the behavoir of the artist after they leave.. bashing the band ap fe fanatik pa we'w mem jan. si ou still ap bay djaz la love apre ou kite or just don't say nothing at all love la ap still la

not all the time, but most of the time it's true depend on the type of situation between the fan and the artist

Yes definitely true. Prenons l'exemple KONPA KREYOL. kreyol la/ krézi. majorité fanatic kreyol la wè ke Krézi pa bon alors ke siwèl ki té fow renmen Konpa Kreyol la sé nan min maestro kreézi ya li yé.

You know what.. I will def' admit.. I am guilty for that. I never thought I'd feel some type of way when an artist leaves a band that Im very connected with.. UNTIL Beljazz. Maybe this is why I show Pipo no love.. lol.. I do try though.. but as corny as I may sound, I took that move personal. lol.. Just cause I think that music is a voice of expression.. So when an artist can deliver an album as such and connect with so many fans, and then bam, he drops it like a bad habit.. and just leaves fans in the dust.. Thats wack but of course he has to do what he has to do. I thought I was the only person that was truly hurt about Pipo quitting BelJazz for another, but to my surprise, there were many people who felt the same. Simply cause its been quite a well since a new band hit the scene and came out with a bangin' album.. and on top of that, gaining fans by the minute.. and BAM.. a major disappointment. I took that ish personal. I still listen to the CD til this day.. but already I feel a disconnection with the CD compared to how I used to feel about it before Pipos departure. That particular CD forever sat in my soul.. I took that HARD mezanmi... LOL! Had the knot in my throat and all.. Talk about feeling some type of way!.. Yea I felt it alright. The feeling I have towards him now is BLAH. and it truly shouldn't be.. Cause overall he is an artist but in my eyes, just not the same.. But benefit of the doubt will be made and I look forward to Nulook's new CD......... i guess. (rolling my eyes..lol.. bear with me.. its gonna take some time.. )
