We got in touch with KREZI maestro DAVID DUPOUX today, and he gave us the lowdown on several issues today regarding the band. Here they are.

1) *The group starts playing back LIVE on APRIL 24TH in ST. MARC.

2) *2 SINGLES TO BE RELEASED:
DAVID "We will be releasing 2 singles on the market AT THE END OF THE MONTH. We have 4 songs to choose from, where will take 2 out of those 4 to release. The song titles are "MANMAN", "NOU KREZI", "PA BLIYE", and "ZAFE YO". 2 songs will be chosen out of those 4 songs.

3) *WILL THE BAND MOVE OUT OF HAITI TEMPORARILY OR NOT?
DAVID "Pour le moment NON. We are NOT thinking about moving the group out of Haiti."

4)* THE CD + NUMBER OF SONGS!
DAVID: "The CD will have 14 songs on it, and we are thinking of releasing it in JUNE. We think that we might have to do it ourselves with the help of sponsors. We don't know yet what the response from the sponsors will be, so let's wait and see."

5)* NEW MEMBERS IN THE BAND!
DAVID: "So far, the only NEW member that we have in the band is a guy named NIXON as the drummer. As far as the other musicians playing the CONGAS, GONG, we're going to bring in a couple of people to ask them to HOLD THE POSITION TEMPORARILY based on what SERGO and CHOUPY have told me. So far MWEN TANDE DECLARATION FET...so SE MOUN KAP DI.

In the meantime, the new musicians MUSICIEN SA YO AP KINBE POU NEG YO. I did that OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE WORD THAT THEY GAVE ME. Choupy already told me that he is going to come back. Par respect MAP KITE POT OUVERT POU YO. Now if those new musicians start getting lots of fans and those fans are going crazy for them...(Laughs)..SI OU PA LA...SE OU".
