I don't know if that was about the song Richard sung or look,but the ladies went crazy when he took over the MIC..
It wasn't the same vibe for Pipo.. So is it safe to say that the ladies already gave Richard their approval in the band?
While pipo still have a lot to prove when it comes to getting approval by the ladies.

At the end if Pipo's voice is going to carry the group and definitely not the pretty boy. The ladies can approve whatever they want on stage but in the studio its Pipo or bust.

Kompa lover you and I as well as other fans knew pipo if one of the best lead singer in the hmi, but for some reason his not getting the props he deserves.
When he took the MIC. He did what he was supposed to do.. The vibe at SOB's wasn't the same when Richard singing women was quick to she where they stand.

Citadelle, let me tell you this: Arly is a businessman and a serious one. i have watched that people are crticizing the richard, not giving a chance to improve?

I thought that was the plan from day 1, For Richard to be a "lady magnet". Maybe I am missing the point of your post.

ahhhh Citadelle come on...the ladies love Richou..I don't think "some" even care about talent at this point, he's a prettty face I think he can just stick with the background vocals..no solos are necessary at this point

I don't know but i don't see the fate of Nu Look on Richard shoulders. Pipo has the vocals, i don't know why it's so hard for him to impose himself on stage and show a little charisma....
