According to very very close sources, the deal is ALMOST DONE for former BELJAZ maestro RALPH MENELAS, to become the maestro of GRACIA DELVA/MASS COMPAS.
RALPH is currently on his way to the Dominican Republic from Haiti, and from what we are being told, it's just a matter of time before the deal is finalized.

HHHMMM, I'M NOT SURE IF THAT'S A GOOD MOVE FOR MENELAS!! DELVA IS DEALING WITH A GROUP OF YOUNG AND TALENTED MUSICIANS IN HAITI, SO ADDING AN OLD GUY LIKE RALPH I THINK WILL RUIN THE CHEMISTRY ALREADY ESTABLISHED!
I DON'T MEAN TO BASH THE GUY OR ANYTHING, I HAVE LOTS OF RESPECT FOR HIM BUT HE'S NOT TO
CONDE, DENEIR, MAKARIOS, LAPORTE, LEVEL CATEGORIES YET! MAYBE EL POZO OR BRUTUS BUT I DON'T THINK THE GUY IS REALLY THAT GOOD
