Members of KM have been posting about Arly's tardiness to gigs for a while, but resulted at no improvement. Since Arly shows no sign of changing his destructive path, I propose that Nu Look hires a back up keyboard player who will play while Arly is taking his sweet A$$ time to get to the gigs. This way, the fans win, and Nu Look regains its respect by always starting on time. How many of you guys think that might solve the problem?

Seems like we all have problems of our own...sometimes.

1) Was Arly late to the Gig on Friday, M. Ballroom club in Hallandale, Florida
2) Was Arly late on Saturday, M Cafe in Pines Blvd., Florida.

If so these have been the two most recent gigs where Arly could have shown signs to improve.

We could start a poll but random questions really do not suggest much.

Besides many post on the board route to the next page while others remain active if someone replies, check creation dates please, it hadn’t been this new week cycle where Arly had been mentioned

All this Arly lateness is becoming old. Point blank the message has been made clear across. I personally wish Arly well and his career, hoping that no wrong comes his way: as some people are still stuck on the issue and are constantly reacting, and are creating much more ways to attack the problem.

I don't think it would work, Arly won't pay someone else. The band probably enjoys it, and/or has not voiced their concerns in the past; I do feel maybe Arly gets the message and have been listening to all the comments and is changing. But you are like many of us whom had it with many HMI gig's not being on time and one too many time that Arly decided to show late for one reason or the other. Please let’s all change, if people started to show to the BAL on time and not at 2:00am maybe the band leader wouldn't ever have an excuse nor alibi to show up minutes after a show. For example I believe in New York, when you buy tickets to see a show, like theater they do not let you in after that time because you would be consider late and the actors will not be please nor the other guest who had arrived early, well same thing if Arly is even thinking...master mind of his might not process regular outside of music, to show to a bal late again it's a rap!
But great advise and more solutions at some point do resolve a problem; peacefully.

I don't know if this is an explanation or maks it evn worst, but the times that I go to NULOOK here in Tampa, (since th band is travling out of town and therfor always gt to th party together and it would mak no snse for one membr to be late unlss he/she is not coming) Arly would clarly be in th room, while the band plays at last on, at the most two songs without him.

I don't know if the band is trying to prove that thy can play without Arly, or if it's just their signature thing to do. No Idea. Just an observation.

Regardless of what you say whether it's THREATS or trying to make people ignore/move on or forget the issue....IT WILL BE DEBATED WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT. Just wanted to let you know that just in case it did not register the first time that we told you so.

If you think your posts are doing any damage control or helping to solve the issue since you've appointed yourself as Arly's personal manager on the board.....you might want to approach it another way.

I have came into reach of Arly lateness issues particularly on the board, you are correct KM, and it’s interesting that many have been voicing their concerns on the matter; Arly injuries himself when the moment occurs that he malfunctions as a band leader, “Maestro�, and have showed up tardy to the past shows, declining his attendances to appear weak. Believe me if I were indeed building “approaches� for Arly lateness problem the problem would not still arise to so many different threads. USAHaitian, isn’t delicately making herself Arly’s boss but hey it arks me that Arly had a problem and the board is really making way to resolve the difficulties Nu-Look will face if it happens that Arly is late to any show still.

A friend öƒ mine from Au Cap told me Ärlÿ had alwayz n like that since d 80's;; I dont think h£'ll change now;;
h£ haz a big problem dressing up when going out especially when goin on stage;; H£ must try @ lÆst 10 outfits b4 makin hiz choice and that alone takes 4ever

So the best way to address this issue to accept it!!!!!!

If that ain't PR smoke I do not know what is!!!!!

Apparently, Arly does not give a danm about the fans but the fact this issue has been disgust at nausism is becaus he has done it many times at nausesm.
