Some people I guess are self conscious & insecure with their bodies and would rather not expose themselves too much in the light. Because when you think the guy is not looking and over analyzing your body, they are all in your stuff and it makes you feel insecure. I think once the person becomes real comfortable with their partners, whether its in a dark or light, it would not be an issue. I just think it just deals with self-conscious and accepting your body for what it is... and feeling comfy with that person.
For some it probably is not even about that. Darkness can sometimes set the mood... That sensual mood. I don't mind getting it whenever, but I will admit when the lights are off, I find it more sensual.
Oh one more thing.. Maybe they dont want their partners to see their face during sex.. because ya'll know the faces we make during sex.. LOL!
