DOLA's gongist PIPO told me today that DOLA is flipping the script in terms of their format. They are now going from 2 KEYBOARDS/1 GUITAR to 2 GUITARS/1 KEYBOARD.

PIPO also says in regards to DOLA's upcoming single, which will be found on their upcoming LIVE, the group has also tweaked their song formula to make it a bit more commercial.

PIPO "Whatever it is that the fans were asking, I don't know if some call it "SON LARI" or not because I don't know what "Son Lari A" is.....NAP BAYO'L. We'll give it to them ON THAT SINGLE."

No worries -- I don't think Dola will commercialize every song on the album. so you will be good. I think they are just positioning a bait out there, which they should have done a long time back!

I am a HUUUUUUUGE Do-La fan and one of the reasons has to do with their sound. I m hoping they won't lose it while reaching for that "commercial sound". I suppose they had to make a few changes to blend into this saturated industry but I am hoping it's for the best. I am also a fan of the chords more so than the keys which means I am actually excited about the switch. Good luck Do-La
