ROBERT MARTINO tells me the days of him CREATING HIS OWN BAND are over. "I am too old right now to be getting angry at musicians for coming to a gig late, or not be at a rehearsal, now I just offer my services to other people since I am highly in demand, and that's that."
Robert is currently working with MISTY JEAN, as well as TOP ADLERMAN in different bands. He says he has NO INTEREST AT ALL in putting a band together himself.

I'm just waiting for a Top Vice Reunion Tour. 
Robert Martino, Robert Charlo, Freddy, and Joe Charles epi that's it!
To go back to the topic at hand, I agree with Robert. He doesn't need to start anew with a band. He's done it all, litterally.
What else is there for him to do?

| U R NOT BEING A LEGEND BY BEING A STUPID MUSICIAN. HE'S A VERY SMART HUMAN BEING. HE KNOWS IT WILL BE VERY HARD FOR A NEW BAND TO MAKE SOME BUZZ. HE'S NOT GOING TO TAKE THAT RISK. |

I still believe that Robert M. has a lot he can do in the HMI....
There is a need for a mature band........
Timesye yo ces jours ci ranse trop....
Top Vice fans, Magnum fans, Tabou Combo, Tropicana, Septem Fans.....im sure if Robert put up a mature band with some former retired legend or part time old timers.....they will enjoy it.
Pure musicians like Robert pa dwe a la derive........
our generation is fortunate to have seen his work...........
