Josminah Boisrond was the one who supposed to sing the haitian national anthem at the Indyfest 2009. She was subtituted at the last minute by Martine Marseille who happens to be backstage because Josminah was late coming to the park.
The blame was put on the artist FRANCE representative who came picking up her late.
Interesting Indyfest09 'little story"...!!

I was so caught up backstage, I completely forgot about Martine singing the Haitian National Anthem. I only managed to snap one shot.

I think she did a good job too athough she was not prepared to perform. She was fluently singing the haitian national anthemn.

She was supposed t be picked up by her FRANCE rep. I guess she did not have control over that. However the artist and her mangement could learn from this in order to be more careful next time. |
