Here are Pictures of the MIZIK MIZIK show from last night where they played with special guests MANNO OBAS.

NOTES: MIZIK MIZIK simply rocked the night away. Richard, Mickael, and Alex of CARIMI were in the house to show their respect/appreciation for the group. As well as Beethova Obas who came on to play 1 song. Musicians from the upcoming band Rafrechi, as well as Celsio Jackson, Pe Gigit were all there.

The group played quite a few of their hits, including the 2 classics "Weber" and "Le Nap Fe Lanmou", as well as "FARINEN", where they invited MANNO OBAS to play and sing with them. Manno also stayed to play on a few other songs at the request of Fabrice.

They also played "Je Vais", "Blakawout", "Ayizan" among others. From the new CD, they played "Mal", "Paradi Nan Lanfer", "Pa Gin Moun Ki Gin Moun", and "La Vi Ka Bel".

Shedly Abraham played the drums for the group It was an exciting evening musically, as the fans that were there enjoyed a terrific menu of solid hits that took many down memory lane.

Here are some pictures from the event....VIDEO FOOTAGE coming up.

Wow I haven't seen the band play in 10 years!!!! Last night was magical for me....very intimate....each song played brought back memories! I was served last night. No doubt.

When it comes to vocal....Eric Charles is among the best...pa gen manti nan sa a. Gilbert handled the harmonies perferctly.

Manno -- ti dezod-- never lost his swagger! His performance was nothing less than 100%.

When it comes to konpa....the band was great! The Ti Rouzier/Keke combination is unbeatable--- djaz la jwe lou and clean!

As far as attendance goes, it was NOT packed to the point you coudln't walk around, but you'd get bumped once in a while.

Chapo ba pou Shedly Abraham!! His skills are impressive!!! I don't think the hmi audience knows the value of this guy yet!!! Pat you should interview him as part of the HMI people series.

Also Happy birthday to Richard Cave who was in the house along with the Carimi for his birthday celebration!!

Fanm Konese, nice meeting you! The fact that you were in house proved to me that "Ou konnen gou bouch ou" Laughing
