The crew at COMPAS ON BROADWAY put on a nice introduction show of their award show last night by introducing the nominees for their 2009 event. (Check out the website). They also introduced their team, and they also had musical guests perform to help spice up the evening. Some top HMI personalities and artists also came to represent in trying to build up this wonderful initiative to help facilitate the road for the event.
PS: KREYOL LA had just gotten in AT THE SAME HOTEL, and TI JOE and THEO went to represent at the show from there as well.
Many people in the HMI showed up to support this event, and now they are waiting for RICHARD URBAIN and his team to deliver the goods at LINCOLN CENTER in Manhattan. BRAVO TO THE COMPAS ON BROADWAY TEAM.....Good luck with the wonderful initiative.

The crew put a CLASSY presentation to go along with the event that was second to none. KUDOS.
RICHIE had to play a gig in WEST PALM BEACH last night, he came in ONLY FOR THE SHOW, and got on a plane to go back to Florida to play with ZENGLEN.
PS: STAY TUNED for a VIDEO INTERVIEW conducted with him about COMPAS ON BROADWAY and ZENGLEN.

The word UNITY & LOVE was in the air.
RICHIE and COMPASFEST top dog RODNEY NOEL who have not been in harmony for years....EVEN MANAGED TO POSE TOGETHER for a couple of pictures for us.
TI JOE and THEO arrived from BOSTON "Late" with KREYOL LA, but still managed to go upstairs to change and come down to represent at the event.
MORE ON COMPAS ON BRAODWAY coming up.

No one can't tell me that the business does not have a good benefit at this point. For Richie travel from Florida to come to NY and come back right away hmm! i can't say more..

Richard, zanmim as we have talked about it, the notice was kind of short. I can tell I missed a great event. I'm glad to hear from everyone that the event went pretty well...NEXT TIME patizan.
COMPAS ON BROADWAY is the best thing that happens to the NY music scene lately. Compas music will benefit greatly from it.
RICHARD, I'm behind you 100% not as a friend but because you have the track record and the work habit to make us LOOK GOOD ON BROADWAY...
GOOD LUCK AGAIN...LET'S TAKE COMPAS ON BROADWAY...
