Here are pictures of ZENGLEN at SOBS in New York on OCTOBER 17th (Last night) 2008. I missed Phantoms' performance unfortunately.

*The OFFICIAL attendance was 279 people according to SOBS.

*ZENGLEN simply rocks as usual. Nothing surprising about that. Their energy/flow is excellent.

*The KENNY/DABENZ teamup is a very good one as DABENZ COMLIMENTS kENNY AND VICE VERSA. they work very well together, as one never oversteps the other in terms of when they have to do what they have to do on stage. KENNY still remains the main singer in the group from what I saw.

*DABENZ did a great job on a classic FRERES DEJEAN track, whose name I can't recall.

*"MWEN PAP TOUNIN" (Kennyway) to me got the best reception of the night from the songs featured on the new CD. "JERE SEXY A" and "5EME VITESSE" also got a good crowd reaction, even though the people didn't know the intro to the latter by heart when Zenglen tried to make them sing it accapella style.

*The new keyboardist has added a burst of energy to the group, as he is being marketed very well by ZENGLEN, by having him come to the front of the stage and do lots of dancing and other visual stuff. Good move....even though there were a couple of male members in the crowd (CHOUBENZ included) who are a bit uncomfortable with the keyboardist for......

*I saw CHOUBENZ, JAY BROOKLYN, KONPA ROCKERS, RICKY, BUGZY, NENEVICE, MATEKONPA in terms of KM Members. I was told that Kafou was around somewhere.

*NICOLINA looking fly last night with a nice top and jeans. Rock it girl.

*The skit where KENNY and DABENZ "Kneel" on the stage, praying the Lord to chase away the haters by calling them "SATAN" was a good one. POU DI KENNY pat foure nom KM or KM Members nan bagay sa? I don't remember.

ALL IN ALL...A GREAT PERFORMANCE BY ZENGLEN always. FANATIK ZENGLEN...Si se pou COMPAS...NOU PA BEZWEN PEUR because the band is LOADED with that....and your name can STILL REMAIN ZENGLEN "ALWAYS".

WOW!!!!! That one I missed !!! Kafou where were you !!!!! I got to meet a few folks as well !!!! - I was dragged through the basement by Jensen and yes Cassandra "thanks" for playing my request as the first song "14 Fevrier"... since I had to leave...

JayB is a kool brother and Bugzy is a trip !!!! Nice to meet your brothers !!!! - Both of you gave me a very nice welcome and thanks for the kind word !!!! It was a great party, I wish Kino came early instead of 1:30 AM - One thing that I can say, if Phantoms brings dicipline with them this time around, their will a force to recklon with again........ I knew so many people at that party that was ridiculous !!!! - Lemy and Sharon made my night and finally it was nice seeing El poso, I haven't talk to this guy for a long time.....

Pat, I was looking forward to meet but I was disappointed....... a lot of musicians were betting you will be there !!!! - In term of Zenglen - It was nice seeing Ricthie and Darbenz, Jude is a very interesting characters, second time that I met him, he is a very nice guy !!!!

I HAD A BALL TO SAY THE LEAST !!!!! TOO BAD I HAD TO LEAVE !!!!
