1) The Dress Code will be strict. we will only allow Lingerie and Pajama to come on the premise.

2) we want you to come and have a great time. Please come as you would sleep at home (not nude) Lol... We want to see you in your sexiest wear or your most comfortable wear. Ladies the body is begging for attention, you are the catalyst that sponsors the finished product so dress to please your body.

3) Gentleman, allow the ladies to see you in that silk pajama. I am sure the ladies would love to see you all in a nice sexy pair of silk pajamas, maybe an Armani, Ralph Lauren, Polo also a suggestion gentlemen, wear the perfume that you know will seduce the ladies.

Let us have some fun. Ladies if you want to wear a moumou, please by all means wear it, if you want to wear pajamas, please enjoy yourself but if you want to go to Victoria Secret, Frederick's of Hollywood, Trashy couture or any other company to purchase that sexy piece of lingerie, please do not be timid just please yourself.

No exception will be made at the door. we are only allowing the individuals that adhere to the dress code admission. We are giving away $150 to the best Female Lingerie/ Pajama as well as $150 to the best Male Pajama so come and have a great time. We are waiting for you all!!!

Question: Looking at some of the pics of the girls on the poster.

If a girl was to say actually show up with Victoria secret/Fredericks of Hollywood lingeries exposing their behinds, or other body parts while waiting on line, Do you have any concerns about indecent exposure charges if the cops are pratrolling the area?

Furthermore, once these ladies were inside of the premises, what about potential sexual assault problems if they are groped, touched in an offensive manner, or other assault and battery concerns?

How can you be sure that the guys wont overeact in an atmosphere where it's dark, alcohol is flowing and scandily clad women are walking around?


Are you fully insured for this event?

Are you aware of the potential liability that can result if one person is touched the wrong way?

I don't know maybe 3 years in law school have completely brainwashed me But I can't help but see this whole event as a potential powder kegg of criminal and civil charges waiting to explode.

I was thinking the same thing. The girls on the flyer are not showed in proper attire for a public event and Bastien Ent. should make sure to define SPECIFIC rules and dress code to avoid any problems (i.e. no bare behinds showing, no exposed breats or see through bottoms or bras, no bra and panty sets, etc). Conduct rules should be communicated to the attendees upon entry.

It would also make the event a bit more safe for the women and show that it is a clasy affair if you make sure that anyone violating these clothing rules are not admitted in the venue and if there are many bouncers inside ensuring that the couples don't take it too far or that men aren't groping ladies, etc. Grown and sexy pj parties can be fun, entertaining, memorable and sexy while staying classy so please make sure that this is the case unlike the one that was posted on here in July.

Reasons for me not to make it to this party
1) i do not own not one pair of pijamas and
i would not be caught dead in a lingerie beside in
my house. And got no money to buy any PJs.

2) the pics in the posters are a little offensive to me
It makes it looks like there will be more than dancing
going on that night.

3) certain man don't have any respect for woman and this

Thank you so much for your replies. We just want to say when this theme came about it was created with 1 thing in mind, for us to step it up a notch when it comes to Bal. We have had many theme parties, Black and white affair, All white affair, Mini skirts and stilletoes and of course the beach party theme where the ladies wear either a 1 piece or 2 piece bathing suits so why not a lingerie/ pajama theme?

This lingerie/ pajama concept is not being used for the 1st time in this world. There are many DJ events that have incorporated that concept, many non Haitian events that have utilized that theme. Why not in Bals?

Let us not keep looking at the flyer and the picture on the flyer but let us all look at it for what it is, a Lingerie/Pajama party. We wanted to create a memorable event as well as a fun event. We are not asking anyone to come to the event like the way the pictures are on the flyer. The flyer is for marketing purposes. We want to see you all the way you would go to sleep. Your Pajamas, your Moumous, your Lingeries, nothing indecent and definitely not nude.

We are going to have a clean event and we are inviting you all to attend!!! as the young lady stated this will be a classy and sexy night. There will be no bare behinds showing, no see through bottoms , etc). We are asking all to keep it tasty and classy. Additionally, security will be tight because as the host of the show my patrons safety comes first!!!

You guys are taking this too seriously RayRay-get out of lawyer mode for a second. You guys have never been to a pajama party before?!? Some lingerie/nightwear is probably more clothing that some of these girls wear to the clubs anyway. And stop being so pessimistic, me being in lingerie doesn't give a guy any more rights to touch me. If I say no, then its no.
