RICHIE tells us that the song "OU SE" came from a story that a married friend of his was telling him that happened to him YEARS AGO BEFORE HE MET HIS WIFE.
Richie says that the guy was RICH and was living life spending money and was with different women, including his current wife who was just a girl that he was relaxing with at the time. Richie said that they guy told him that "Li pat vreman bay dame nan plis importans ke sa parceke li te plin fanm".
All of a sudden, an accident happened where he needed to have an operation done, and everybody that he was dealing with deserted him, including some mebers of his family...EXCEPT THAT ONE GIRL WHO HE DID NOT TAKE SERIOUSLY during those days. That girl stuck with him through everything through thick and thin, and they became MARRIED. The gentleman told Richie that after all that this woman did for him, he would never leave her because he fell in love with her. He said that the only way that they would stop being together would be if SHE leaves him. As of right now THEY ARE STILL HAPPILY MARRIED.
And that is the STORY BEHIND THE SONG "OUSE" from RICHIE & ZENGLEN.
