We asked GRACIA DELVA about the criticism that the new ZENGLEN CD is getting from some fans/critics, and we also brought up KENNY DESMANLGES. This is what he told me.
GRACIA: "SE PA KENNY KI PROBLEM NAN. SE ZENGLEN KI PROBLEM NAN. Kenny is NOT the problem. Zenglen is the problem. Kenny did very well in 509, as well as in New York All-Stars. What I am asking myself is DOES ZENGLEN NEED ANOTHER SOURCE or STYLE for their music after 10 years? I don't know. I am just asking. Does ZENGLEN need a NEW style in order for people to forget Gracia? They did the same thing when they wanted to forget about the GARY DIDIER PEREZ era. Are they continuing to keep looking for that Gracia Delva flavor? Nan chache chache maybe YA JWEN "TI GRACIA"."
