Sa granmoun la di ou la se sa wi. Vaginas are more a case use it or lose it, muscle tone, that is. Popping out babies and aging cause your pelvic floor muscles to loosen and atrophy.
So regular sex helps tone those bouboune-muscles and keep your vagina tighter/Matchred!!!
(Another great way to keep them in tiptop shape is to do Kegel exercises)

I don't think so  Like Funky mentioned If that were the case then some women wouldn't be able to walk.
I believe only childbirth can loosen up the vagina and even prolapse the bladder through the vagina. |
