IN THE AMI, ONE CAN LIKE MANY ARTIST'S OR BANDS OR EVEN DIFFERENT TYPE OF MUSIC WITHOUT PUTTING ANOTHER ONE DOWN,,, EXAMPLE,, I LIKE FAT JOE, LITTLE WAYNE, I CAN'T STAND FIFTY PERSONALITY BUT I STILL ENJOYED HIS MUSIC VERY MUCH,,, I LIKE OMARION, CHRIS BROWN, LIL BOW-WOW,, I LIKE RIHANNA, BEONCE,, TLC ,, DESTINY CHILD,,,. I SUPPORTED ALL OF THEM ,, BY PURCHSING THEIR MUSIC,,, JUST BECAUSE I LIKE ONE DOESN'T MEANT I CAN'T LIKE THE OTHER ONE ,,, BUT I SAID BUT ,,, IN HIM ( Haitian world) ,,, if I LIKE ZENGLEN ,,THAT MEANT I CAN'T SUPPORT NU-LOOK,,, IF I LIKE D'JACKOUT ,, THAT MEANT I A'M A ENEMY OF T-VICE,,, WHY MUST IT BE LIKE THAT,,,

WHY WE ARE LIKE THAT AS A PEOPLE DISTROYING OUR OWN CULTURE,,

WHY FANATIC NU-LOOK OR A DJAKOUT WON'T GO A ZENGLEN BALL,, OR WON'T ADMITTED ZENGLEN OR T-VICE IS DOING GOOD ,, VICE/ VERSA,,,, WHY DO WE DO THAT TO OURSELVES,,,

FIFTY CENT HAVE BEEF WITH THE GAME ,, AND JARULE BUT ,, ALL THREE ARTIST SELL ,, AND WHEN THEY RELEASE NEW MATERIAL,, IF IT GOOD , THEY GET THEIR PROPPS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC,,,
WHEN WE CHOOSE ONE OVER THE OTHER,,, WHEN WE COMPARE ONE BAND WITH ANOTHER,, WHEN WE CHOSE TO FOLLOW ONE BAND INSTEAD SUPPORTING ALL THE BAND ,, YOU KNOW WHO LOSE ,, WE ,,ALL OF US ,, THE ARTIST'S AND OUR CULTURE.,,ALL , NOT ONE

I love konpa and love all bands, well not love but like, My love is for T-vice and Gracia Delva and will always remain with them , but i also enjoy most bands in the HMI and they always get my support one way or the other!

ONE MORE THING ! THE THING THAT IRKS ME IS SOMETIMES THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO DISCREDIT ONE BAND TO SHOW THEIR LOVE OR SUPPORT FOR THEIR BELOVED ONES !!!!!!!! SE **** LA RAJJJJJJJJJJJJ!

We could even go as far as including the bands. Let’s take Djakout for example. Let say the top five bands are in no particular order:

Djakout
T-Vice
CaRiMi
Nu Look
Zenglen

Notice that Djakout could only play with only one band (CaRiMi). Why? Djakout vs. T-Vice…Djakout vs. Nu Look…Djakout vs. Zenglen = polemiks and therefore equal high cost to promoters to do these match ups. That explains part of Djakout’s short term demise.

To get back to your assessment, the reason why we think like that as fans because the bands instilled it in our minds to hate. When you start to side in a polemik, it is difficult for some to come here and give praise to the adversary because it would look as if you are giving in. The polemiks kill everything.

Believe me Tha Voice, deep inside we like the adversary; it is the issue of if we have balls enough to admit.

Tha Voice, you hear you about we should change mentality but choosing to be loyal with a camp is not a problem.
In the AMI it happens all the time. You said that 50 cent have beef with Fat Joe and that fans would buy both cds, that is so not true. Fans already chose a side and they chose 50 Cent. That's why Ja Rule is done and can't make a valuable comeback, that's why Fat Joe even with a hot single such as I Won't Tell and a couple of track with Rick Ross and Dj Khaled sold like 20,000 i guess.

In both the AMI and HMI, people choose side that's just fans. They can chose to dislik ean artist at any moment too. They want their camp to be on top, the rest doesn't matter. They'll give props here and there to other artists but they want the artist, band, group they are dying for to be on top. You go to some hip hop blogs or others boards, people just go after each other to put their artists on top of all. It is what it is. And the industry or bands need these kind of fans to make money.

I think it's a minority. If you like konpa, it shouldn't be a problem. Now if somebody REALLY don't like XYZ band he/she/they will not forced themselves to go.

THE REASON WHY I'AM WRITING THIS POST IS BECAUSE I SEEN IT BEING DONE HERE EVERY DAY,, ON A DAILY BASIS FANS OF DJAKOUT COMES HERE RIP T-VICE,, FAN'S OF NU-LOOK RIPS ZENGLEN OR DJAKOUT,, / VICE - VERSA,,, AND SO ON AND ON,,, I CAN GIVE PROPPS TO MY FAVORIT BAND WITHOUT DESTROYING OR DISCREDITING ANOTHER ARTIST'S OR BAND HARDWORK.
WHY DO WE ONLY SUPPORT THOSE BAND WE LIKE ,AND CALL OURSELF MUSIC LOVER,, A CARIMI FANS GOES TO RECORD AND PURCHASE JUST A CARIMI CD ,, MEAN WHILE KREZI OR KREOL-LA HAS A HOT CD OUT,,, AND THEY WON'T EVEN GIVE IT A SECOND LOOK,,, WE CALLED OURSELF ALL KIND OF NAME ,, KOMPA LOVER ,, WE SAID WE LOVE OUR CULTURE BUT WE DEGRATED OUR ARTIST, OUR MUSIC,, BASE ON ALL KIND OF THINGS,, SKIN COMPLEXTION,, HIGH'S,, SIZE,LOOKS. Its the mentality of a typical haitian, nou renmen division honestly sometimes I hate the fact that i was ever involved in the hmi, bagay sa mange tout andedan ker-m. haiti crave division thats why the country is the way it is. you have the mulate vs the dark skin, moun port-au prince vs moun port-de-paix, Lately one of the most anonying thing on the board is the fanatik krezi vs fanatik kreyol la, how can some be so *******, here are two bands who used to be one with one fans base become so divisif to the point where promoter threating the fans simply because of personal interest.

I can understand we all have our preference and we do have different taste like the voice mention on his post but kompa is kompa it doesnt matter if djakout or tvice it still kompa, until we start to appreciate it for what it is our music will never go anywhere, how can you seat here blaming others for not showing love to your music when you dont even appriciate it yourself.

Lot Djazz yo ki ki nan HMI...Mwen pagen oken'n pwoblem avek yo non, Mwen gen epresyon se pou tet mwen sipote yo nan ball et achte album yo kife mwen pawe anyen ki enterese'm nan yo. Men mwen support tout djazz ayisyen.
