Hi KM (La Familia)!!

A few months back, Patrick opened up a thread on what we (KM members) would like to see changed within our fellow KM members. He listed a couple of things that certain posters were doing and wanted to know what our top five were. Well, two months into the New Year, I would like to know (from all of you)whether or not you feel anything has begun to change I do not need your top five, within each of the actions mentioned below, just state whether things have changed or still needs MORE work. I will return for my thoughts. Okay

1.) FANATICISM GONE WILD: If I am not a fan of my band's rival, I come and discredit them EVERY CHANCE I GET, even if the post has nothing to do with that band's rival band.

2.) KEEP MY BAND AT TOP OF MESSAGE BOARD...Keep going back to posts regarding their bands to keep it up on the top of the board, even if the thread has died out in terms of response.

3.) INSULTS/CURSING

4.) INTIMIDATION...If my view does not go along with a member's favorite band/artist, I get a scolding/speech about it EVERY SINGLE TIME.

5.) UNFAIR/BIAS OPINIONS...If the member does not like the artist, he/she throws every single thing out there to discredit them, whereas the same standard is NOT brought up if it has to do with that same member's favorite artist or band.

6.) EMOTICONS CRAZY: Members who answer certain posts simply with EMOTICONS. If you do not have any TEXT to write..Keep quiet.

7.) JOKES THAT BRING NOTHING TO TOPIC AT HAND: When a member makes a joke that brings absolutly NOTHING to the topic or issue being debated. WHILE IT'S OK TO MAKE JOKES as long as you add something in that post pertaining to the topic at hand.

8.) POSTS BEING STARTED TO ATTACK OTHER MEMBERS: That one is self-explanatory.

9) PROPAGAN POSTS: You know/sense that a member or members are close to a band, and some of their posts serve as nothing more than PROPOGANDA.

To tell you the truth...I SEE PROGRESS....Some of those that I brought up have TONED DOWN quite a bit.

So THE BATTLE CONTINUES regardless of which members try to keep us from achieving our goal.

Okay, here is my take on this:

2.) KEEP MY BAND AT TOP OF MESSAGE BOARD...-Needs change I feel big time.

3.) INSULTS/CURSING -Needs some change.

6.) EMOTICONS CRAZY- This has improved as well.

7.) JOKES THAT BRING NOTHING TO TOPIC AT HAND-This can really be annoying and STILL needs to change.

9) PROPAGAN POSTS- Needs to change.


Overall, I can state that we still have a lot of work to do
