Based on some of the CRITERIAS that HMI fans of today VALUE a singer(look, physique, friendliness...), if TMANNO were to start his musical career now, would HE have a CHANCE ? _________________ Kite'l mache

I understand we are living in a different period, however a good amount of Singers in the current HMI seem to be making a very good name for themselves with very valuable and consciuos lyrics / messages mixed with good Stage presence. I don't think Ti Manno would have a problem getting accepted today.
Speaking of Ti Manno, Gracia Delva has a lot of the same Charismatic Flair and Showmanship that use to be part of T-Manno's success.
Kompared, Good post-very interesting.

INTERESTING TOPIC KOMPARED.
TI MANNO is a legend and he has the talent, however, it is really hard to predict how TODAY'S FANS would have reacted to him. IT'S A DIFFERENT TIME, and the demands are different from the fans of today, compared to those of yesteryear.
That is something to ponder....HMMM
INTERESTING!

Yes, I think he would still have been a superstar. He has his own style and alway defended us (Haitian) from bad accusation. T-Manno and Bob Marley were in the same path. We (Haitian) had T-Manno and Jamaican had Bob Marley, The only different between these 2 artist was the language. Bob Marley had more advantage of him because of the english language. But to me i don't think There will never be another artist like T-Manno. I think Gracia-Delva is the next person on line to reach T-Manno level in term of singing and Talended. |

Li tap fe pi red. Gracia vann tet li tankou manno tout moun akseptel. Pifo nan slogan wap tande nan konpa yo la, ti manno te di tout deja. Ti manno se pa pi gro chante ayisyen ki janm egziste, m pap menm metel nan 3 premye yo, men en ce qui concerne popularite et charisme ti manno pa gen epok li pa tap kraze menm! _________________ It's all about Love. |

What a lot of people who are JUMPING in TMANNO bandwagon fail to acknowlwdge is the fact TMANNO was not a big SUPERSTAR when he made his debut in DP. Some fans then gave him the chance to showcase his talents.
Knowing how TMANNO looks, ARE YOU GUYS SURE you would give HIM a chance to prove HIMSELF today? _________________ Kite'l mache |
