Hey guys I heard about the blackout that some of you guys may be experiencing out there so please be safe on the roads and stay indoors if possible.
I've been checking on my family and friends out there and they told me it was hectic and alot of traffic lights are out and some hospitals aren't functioning..so please take care again.

Thanks Daph!
We were in the dark for about 40 minutes this afternoon. Thank god it happened during my planning period. Other teachers had to take their classes outside for the entire time.
I hope all is well for the other members and their families . |

some mechanical failure at a power plant...

Daph - why did I get the impression that you live in FL anyway? Where is the "the witness protection plan" - New Jersey, New York?
By the way - I hope all my FL people are dealing with that situation down there. I hope things get back to normal soon.
