There is a difference between ejaculating and having an orgasm.
So yes, a man CAN fake an orgasm...but not ejaculation.

There is a actual difference between cummin (voye-ing) and orgasm. Same as it is for woman it is for men.  Orgasms are more intense for both. Just like a woman can cum and not have a orgasm same holds true for a male. It may just seem that just cause they cum, it is an orgasm. Watch a man that is just cummin...and one that is having a orgasm and you'll observe the difference.
