Hi KM !
Nowadays people are emphasizing how important exercising is to a person. We all know that it all burns fat and helps an individual lose weight. On that note, how many times a week do you all exercise I am going to be honest with you guys and say once a week (I know it should be more). How about you KM? How often is it for you?? |

Well, if its for now I'll just say never cuz I have a problem with exercising on my own. So mwen prefere jere ti Diet mwen pito................

for me its 5 to 6 dayz a week
and let me just say that its not all about loosing weight and burning fat its about feeling good about your self and when you feel good you look good |

it depends!
summer times mwen kouri chak jou et jouer football chak jou.

I hate CARDIO but I struggle through it 3 times a week
WEIGHT LIFTING I do 5 times a week _________________ If it don't make $$... Then it don't make sense! |

All I can say is I remember when I use to exercise 4 to 5 times a week.
