Producer GERONIMO gave us a call to tell us that the judge in the case has alledgedly given the defendants 10 DAYS to do a RECALL of all the products of the "LA REBELLE" movie that they alledgedly sold to customers or else they will alledgedly face the consequences.

Geronimo also told me that he is aware of an alledged boycott being organized by the 4 defendants in the case in which they are alledgedly asking people in Florida NOT to purchase any products from him, or else they will NOT sell these people "their" products.

This is kind of weird because one of the defendants told me last week that the case was dismissed. If what Geronimo is telling me is the truth, maybe that was a way for the defendant not to have the media down there the day that they were to have been in court.

I asked Geronimo about the letter, he says that it represents a letter of harassement and Intimidation. He basically got more upset because of that letter.

Look practice this kind of law and I am pretty confused by it myself. The only thing I will say is if letters are being passed around its either for settlement or attorney's racking up billable hours. At this point it seems supposedly this case is up in front of a judge, so letters initimidating the other sides at this point is a waste.
