When I can come up with one contribution, I'll be sure to post it. |

He didn't contribute much to konpa. he's a rap artist who did a few konpa song with Micky and T-Vice. His carnival sucked big time. But the dude is a rapper, not a kompa artist. You can expect him to make a big contribution to kompa _________________ YA RAYI'W TANDE TI GASON(RICKY) |

Does he have any obligation to contribute anything to Compas?

I am sure many of the millions who bought "The Carnival" likely heard Konpa for the first time listening to "Jaspora".
Before Wyclef came on the scene few people in American showbizness ever admitted to being Haitians.
More than ten years later, DJ Whookid is playing "Se Pa Pou Dat" on Hot97. I may not be able to link that directly to Clef, but he's the likely cause for it all. |

Once upon a time, there was not a time that the Haitian media did not include one of Wyclef's songs in their " TOP TEN konpa songs of the week." Usually, all Wyclef had to say was, "Sak Passe" on any rap song, and it was an instant TOP TEN konpa hit song. |
