Why some girls will let a man (WHO IS NOT THEIR BOYFRIEND) ppppp them (sometimes even without a condom) but they won't let him kiss them.

Son alibi fut le fait qu'elle a un copain. Elle se sentirait coupable si elle et moi avions échangé des baisers mouillés, mais c'etait normal pour elle à ce que je pénètre à l'intérieur de son jardin secret.

If you have not seen the movie "Pretty Woman", I suggest you do so. You will get the answer you are looking for in that movie. For me to explain this to you piece by piece would take forever. My quick response to this would be that it has to do with "clicking/having an emotional connection".
