Quite honestly, I would give it to Nicky on this one given how improved Harmonik has gotten from their inception, it is remarkable.
I give respect to Shabba for the CD, but it was as of late they are playing live in Djakout, and plus the drama within the group they have not played sufficiently.

When we think about 2009, we can only think about Shabba's interview fiasco. For good and bad reasons, he was the most talked about artitst this year with a kick ass album that was doing very well in radio stations. Congrats again Shabba....

This one was kindof hard for the simple fact that I dont think any artist came out of the ordinary this year.
I can see why SHABBA Won the award.
He really brought himself out to the forefront with the album release and has been one of the most popular members of DJAKOUT For some time.
