| He apologized but his demeanor as he was led out of the precinct he clearly shows that he has no regrets. He " mugged for the cameras and compared himself to a famous comedian of the 50's and 60's. 'You're looking at the new Lenny Bruce,' he said." I really hope that he pays for these threats and that somehow Clear Channel finds a way out of this $5million a year contract. Why the hell did they agree to that in the first place considering his history of disrespectful on air commentary? |

Now mark my words, after all of this is said and done and a year goes by.
He's going to end up on either XM satelite radio or Siruis just like Howard Stern and Opie and Anthony, where the FCC's reach is limited.
Unfortutantely, this despicable man may have just secured a better high paying contract with the filth that he just made public.
Shock Jock and Provocative programming are now the norm.
He was fired once before by Hot 97 but Power waited a few years after things calmed down and brought him back. The same thing will happen again.
He's probably being known more nationwide now then before he made his comments.
He might spend a few days in jail and walk out with a $10 million Contract in 6 months/
This is the state of our society.

| I guess the contract has been voided but a biding war has started between the two main satellite radio companies for him. So I guess if he gets off scotch free legally, he has a place to go to. |
