As someone in Orlando, I will say this: business is business. The gentlemen came on days after the earthquake and said they were canceling their event...a poor PR move on their part. Besides if we really want to look at it the July 4th date was originally a festival in Miami date for years.

The minute you canceled your date, Kaliko moved in and took it...YOU as savvy business men should have considered how you could have promoted the date to your advantage. This was a great opportunity to showcase the artists, make it a true fundraiser for Haiti and garner some great attention for Haiti in Orlando. This would have been a great opportunity to partner with all of the other organizations in Orlando to present a unified front. Instead you CANCELED.
