BOOGIE: "Patchouko, Brutus is the problem as I stated before. He has two of the best HMI singers in his Band; he just needs to step aside be the owner of his business and a producer. He doesn't have to lead. I understand people will say that he kept the band going; look how many times he encountered the same problems. My advice to him having this guy (Le Blond) in Zenglen is not the solution.

I believe if he goes back to have meetings with Kenny and RC and bring Garry Oxygen on board as part owner not a rescuer; when business is going well for him to kick out Zenglen will be fine otherwise it might be too late for him, li ka perdu ni Sak ni crab.

Please pe Brut I am a fan, a friend, and someone who invested in Zenglen. Give the band a chance. Go sit with the guys before it's too late brother. I respect you for your hard work to keep the band going. Remember that Zenglen is an institution where everyone's opinion matters."

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: There are rumors that REGINALD CANGE is asking TOO MUCH from the band in terms of $$$$$, and that he also does not sell the band like a lead singer should because he does not seem that interested in Zenglen affairs. How do you correct that?
BOOGIE: "Zenglen is a business. I believe in any enterprise before you employ an employee, there are certain structures that should be applied. If I remember when Archil came with RC in the Band, I am sure they made him sign a contract. I don't know the stipulation in his contract, however I know this is the HMI, the musicians do honor contracts. Mr. RC is a very good asset to the Band, they should keep him happy that's why in any business you always give your employees raises and bonuses. The owners need to start running their Entreprises as a business. Treat your employees with respect and appreciate their work.

The second part of the question about RC is not interested in Zenglen affairs, first off, if he is not an owner, all he has to do is to come to work and do his job as an employee. If you were talking about selling the band; yes he is not because GIN YON JAN POU YE as a singer and this is the work of the management to look over your artist, just the way I used to do for my bands Tempo and 509. You have to make sure your star looks good on stage and off stage at all times. That's why you see right now Klass is the number one band at the moment because of how they sell the band. Si Garry signs with the band, the first thing he needs to work on is the band's stage presence and keep the team together."

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: What about those who say that KENNY can't sell the band because the fans for some reason are not "ABO"?
BOOGIE: "After RC and Frero left Zenglen the first time, Zenglen was one of the top 4 bands in the HMI. Remember "OU FE FOT" was a great album; some fans have their own personal problem with Kenny, not because he can't deliver great music. Bagay yo just change; the same way they used to say for Pipo before; look at him now. I believe Kenny will have his time, he just needs to be patient. LAP JWEN JUSTICE LI."

i've been saying this for a while now, Brutus indeed is the problem...he had the best talented band, Dano/Drasso/Reginald/Kenny/Kenny C....pat gen djazz ki te ka manyen neg sa yo but Brutus needs to step down...

How can Brutus be the problem of Zenglen when he's the easiest person to work with in the HMI. It's not fair to say that he should let someone else runs his business for him. I completely agree with some of the article, but Brutus deserves more respect than that.
