*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Did T-VICE and DJAKOUT lose the "BETON" to an underdog named ANBYANS in Gonaives?
TI REGI: "Not at all because ANBYANS is not in the same category as Djakout and T-VICE because we are in different categories. Just like last year...EPA YO TE DI SEPTEN TE CHAMPION TOU? ANBYANS did really well, so they will get honored for one category, but as far as CHAMPION "BETON" kanaval la...IT'S DJAKOUT #1. ANBYANS fe yon tres bel kanaval, just like there wasa year that RAM;'s kanaval TAP FA N MOUN SOU BETON AN...even though DJAKOUT and T-VICE were the kanaval headliners. SE 2 JAZ SA YO KE TOUT MOUN TOUJOU AP TAN no matter what, and that won't change.
To make matters short, GIN 2 CHEK KAP BAY POU KANAVAL ANE SA...ANBYANS ap jwen yon check...EPI CHAMPION Gonaives la DJAKOUT #1 ap jwen lot la. As a matter of fact...SE CHEK LA MWEN PRAL PRAN LA. When I get it, I will take a picture and show it to everyone. DJAKOUT CHAMPION."

Off course I agree with Ti Regi that Djakout and TVice are in a Category by themselves ...they are in the category of the 2 bands that have no respect for the carnival themes year after year because they have their own themes which is DI BETIZ.....FE PWOMOSYON VIOLANS....ATAKE YOUN LOT....se normal ke yap toujou champion nan kategory pa yo a...
The 2014 carnival theme was TET KOLE POU YON AYITI PI JANM...e poutan Djakout ak T.Vice se violans ak betiz ke yo lague nan meringue pa yo a...ki ekzanp ke yo bay la jeunesse nan zafe TET KOLE...ki se yon signe de fraternite....
