Within our industry the answer is yes... But has he been the "INNOCENT that you're always making people believe??? NO The crowd that was active when NL was at its peak is getting older... So that means the industry is shifting somewhat... I know the maestro has talent, but to be successful upfront, alone, long term is yet to be proven. After the departure of Gazzman, NL released the "CONFIRMATION"... which was a short "CURIOSITY/SUCCESS! Gazzman released "MISSION" which was not the hottest CD in the market... They both have been experiencing the south side of success..... Now Gazzman just released VIKTWA... it may be too early to give a final grade to the product, but it's nothing yet to be jumping up and down!! A little more time is needed to cry VIKTWA or FAILURE... Arly is about to release a second CD! That second attempt will determine Arly's legacy/fate, last image in the business... Which means it's a very crucial and decisive time for Arly's career... Joudre you have nothing to lose but your credibility that's been long gone here on this board.... So I think the maestro deeply realizes how important that next experience will be for him and his career....... The future will be the sole judge... So let's wait and see. Aya

So if you know that Arly can't appreciate talent, why you think Gazzman coming back to NuLook is a good idea? Isn't Gazzman full of talent?
Here's the problem; you guys are proposing for Gazzman to come back to look and already laying ground to blame Arly when things don't work out in the long run: "Arly can't appreciate talent."
Why in the world would Arly trust a guy like Gazzman again? I mean Arly is a grown man and obviously makes his own decision, so I can't tell the guy what to do but I think it would be a foolish move for him to trust to work with Gazzman again in a band together.
Can you imagine that Arly would always have to think about: Is Gazzman happy? Is he gonna leave? When is he gonna leave? And any rumors in the street about Gazzman leaving again will definitely drive Arly crazy... Knowing that Gazzman is fully capable of waking up one day and leave with no explaination. Rember the big fiasco about Pipo leaving? Arly was so upset to the point he even wanted to put an end to NuLook?
I just don't think it's a logical thing for Arly to worry about running NuLook and to also worry about when his lead singer going to leave? It's too much pressure for a guy.
Arly as the sole singer of NuLook might not have as much success as having Arly and Gazzman, but Arly should worry more about the stability of the band, the longevity because another lead singer leaving might be the end of NuLook and the most important thing PEACE OF MIND! Knowing that you drop your album, you get to fully enjoy the success of your album without having your lead singer leaving the band and wasting all those sleepless nights, all the energy you spent to create an album.
