CARIMI TO CELEBRATE 10TH ANNIVERSARY
Major concert with special guests to kick-off "CARIMI X" Tour
On Saturday, November 5th, Digicel & NoPin Long Distance presents the CaRiMi 10th Anniversary Celebration at Amazura Concert Hall, 91-12 144th Place, Queens, New York.
It was in November of 2001 that CaRiMi, a small musical group back then, performed for an audience on the reputable stage of SOBs in New York City. Fast forward 10 years later and CaRiMi has become an award-winning international music sensation with sold out shows, hit records and hit singles across the globe. In celebration of their many achievements over this past decade, CaRiMi will celebrate with an unforgettable concert production showcasing the band on stage, performing their classic hit songs, choreography, and surprises in a sophisticated live setting.
"In 22 days we want our fans to be a part of music history," stated CaRiMi lead singer, Mickael Guirand. "This 'CaRiMi X' concert is going to be huge. Amazura will be transformed, never to be the same again. We're definitely bringing our fans an experience like no other."
Joining CaRiMi on stage for this big event will be special guest Nu Look. With their latest hit LP, CONFIRMATION, Nu Look has been riding high with back to back successful concerts spanning across France, Florida, Georgia, New York, Boston, and Canada. Hit songs Wasn't Meant to Be, A Qui La Faute, Nou Pran Nan Mera, and Destination Final have flooded international airwaves becoming international anthems during their live performances and at popular DJ nights.
"The chemistry between us, [CaRiMi], and Nu Look is so good that we have selected them to celebrate our 10th Anniversary with us," explained Mickael. "We look forward to sharing this big moment with them."
New York's #1 DJ Stakz Hi-Profyle/HKNY alongside New Jersey's DJ OK will also be a part of this spectacular event mixing sounds throughout the night. Together they will complete the elements to this grandiose event.
Tickets for the CaRiMi 10th Anniversary are $30 in advance. They will go on sale soon both online and at traditional ticket retailers.
The doors of Amazura Concert Hall will open to the public at 10:00 PM with showtime at 11:00 PM.
