Nowadays, Miami is the capital of Kompa. There are so many musicians available and that is one of the reasons why there are new bands trying to form everyday. The only reason Nu Look is still exist after the departure of Gazzman is Arly. The only reason why Disip is relevant is Gazzman. Harmonik made it only because of Tonton Noel money and position in the HMI.
Any Disip musicians that decide to leave will be replaced in lighting speed and they will not be in a better position, and the musician that replace them would be in a great position and that include Laporte or anybody else.
As long as Gazzman is in Disip even with a bunch of no name musicians the band will be relevant because Gazzman is Disip.
Message for Gazzman: Invest the money wisely so when the run is over pou peson pa we anba zel kat ou...

This is the kind of guy that break up bands in the HMI.
If people feel that they are not valuable, how do you keep them?
How do you keep a team together and create some kind of stability in the band which will add chemistry and benefit the band in the long run?

number one reason 1 reason why everything is wrong with Disip and why I could never see me as a supporter of this band:
1- DISIP FANS!!!
Am not judging anyone, but base on these fans reaction and responses, I can see why some people although like gazman as a singer, would not set foot at a disip bal...
Some of the stuff that they've proclaimed are purely based on ignorance..
a) That movement
b) The "nou se disip"
c) The statement "djaz sa fet tou gran moun"
d) Stuff like "djaz ap pran woulib sou disip"
e) Applaud gazman when making those nonsense statement about his old BOSS
f) O wi... disip pa bezwen bon album..
ENFIN... TOUT YON SERI DE KATASTWOFI!!!
AND NOW THIS... GAZMAN=DISIP.. 
I thought it was getting better, BUT SH*T!!! IT'S GETTING WORSE!!!
