I think that should be a good thing to have fans asking for new materials.
It simply shows that, they want more from you. In most cases you don't
find anyone asking for more of something they didn't like.

It's more like an apreciation when you have people asking for more and,
of course you should try your best not to disapoint them. that way they
will keep asking for more and more and your business will never stop.

How idiotic. Of course it's true. That is what a REAL fan does, they push you to the maximum level of your talent. If you give something that's sub par, we have to tell you and if your work is good...we congratulate you! Any fan that's always in your face saying "wonderful" things about you and your work is just trying to get a shout out. Oh and, they're also the ones responsible for your band's downfall. the problem is the kompa "fanatik" doesn't care about the quality of compa anymore. It's all about getting a shout out, hanging out with the musicians after the party, getting in for free, going up on the stage etc. Pa genyin fanatik muzik ankor, now it's a question of fanatik muzician. So, these guys can play "Mary had a little lamb" all night long and they'd be ok with it. That's why the HMI is a joke and will always be a joke.

I don't understand some of you. Why do you think an Haitian kompa band should be the winner at an american music contest? Could an american band easily pass the first round of an Haitian Idol B S talent contest? The fact that someone is a good musician doesn't mean to be proficient in all styles. Do you think that Georges Benson can play guitar in a kompa band? why do want it to be a must the other way around? Should I call that a complex of inf... As a matter of fact Harmonik deserves praises for their uncommon versatility , not too many groups from around the world can perform several genre so eloquently.
I would like to see how well you would do in courtrooms in Greece, Italy, or Russia.
