I think it's good to have both. The real, loyal friends, not those koute de bo kind, but those you can really rely on to tell you the truth and criticize you if needed.

But you also need those gad palais. Se yo ki toujou pale pi fo pase tout moun leu bagay yo bon nan men'w pou defann ou. But afe'w pa bon se yo ki premye pou di yo te wè sa pou wou...

The best example in the HMI for me is all the gad palais Micky fans from the 90s who forgot about him leu li tap komense bese...

Personally to me, I want to get paid so FANS are the better option when you got loyal friends, then comes trouble, free tickets, free drinks, want to come over your house to chat music.

Bastien, sorry bro take Fans anytime because I got a better shot of getting paid. When some identify you as a friend it means more then a fan and that can lead to trouble.

you love the sound and the quality of music of a band... then you become attached to the MUSIC of that band... when that band is releasing a product.. you can't wait to put your hands on it...if that band is playing in your town... you're most likely to check it out..

GAD PALE... would be someone... who is there to defend a band in good and Bad times... wrong or Right... you can say NADA about the band... You can't bring negative nor positive criticism about their favorite band... cause they are so blindly in love with the band...to them they can't do no wrong..

Now... it's ok.. to be a gad pale... What I hate.. are those who can't let real fans breathe... those who support a band because they are friends with an artists/musician and called themselves Loyal fans...

how do you become a fan of a band... the right way would be to listen to that band's product and decide from there if you're a fan.. I don't understand how you can become a fan of a band if the band don't have anything to offer... they don't have a product for me to listen to decide if I like them or not... from the first day they announce the name of the band, you're already the biggest cheerleader and trying to convince others to buy into it. NO.. that's not fanatik... se zafe friendship ou w'ap jere... ti phone call..

am under no obligations to be loyal to band... now later on... if I realize that your style of music is stable, and become an institution.. then you have a fan in me for life..

I think Herve should put his GNB on to tell it like it is. What's going on is just the "resultante" of Gazzman demonizing Arly over the years. So now the public have pity for him and unfortunately see him as a victim. Not a matter of friends or fans. Badmouthing Arly everywhere just happen to work for him now but for how long we don't know yet. Nu-Look power reside in great music, Gazzman power is playing victim card and badmouthing nan restaurant, barber shop etc...Ou pa oblije culpabiliser Arly pou w' ka pase pou bon. Verite ap rete verite!

Y'ap maske realite a pou yo sove zanmitay yo. The public deserve the truth and nothing but the truth. If there is an impartial media they need to do their job by provinding real info, interviews and ask the right questions cuz the truth is there. Stop feeding the public with non sense.
