A) Their Professionalism/DISCIPLINE

It can not be denied that this band has approached this industry as a business. It is not a past time and every step they take have been deliberately charted (great thing, not a criticism). Jessie Al-Kahl gets major props for how she has managed this business. It is not emotional...just business with a clear head. Because of their discipline they have stood the test of time, our criticisms of their shortcomings and you don't hear squat about people not getting their money, them not starting on time, double booking or not showing up.
