People have different personalities, and that applies to ladies that go to HMI parties as well.

FELLAS...Do you prefer a lady that TAKES CHARGE and is AGRESSIVE at an HMI club, or would you rather that she keep it under wraps no matter how agressive she might be, and wait for YOU to make the first move towards her in terms of asking for a dance, and perhaps further?

LADIES...Do you see anything wrong with ladies that are more agressive than others at hmi bals when it comes to asking a man to dance. If so or not, WHY? Is it unladylike to be more agressive than your male counterparts at hmi clubs? Is there a stigma attached to those ladies that are move vocal/aggressive, or is that purely MYTH?

Pat, this is 2007.

If a female is feeling a gentleman and wants to ask him to danse, I don't see the big deal.

At the end of the night if she wants to ask him on a dte, I still dn't see the big deal.

It's not like she's asking for his hand in marriage.

Half of these guys at clubs pap mande on fi danse anyway.

I respect a female who has the GNB to come and ask me for a dance... I most likely to treat that female with more respect than a regular... just for the fact of knowing that she disregard what me or anyman other man might be thinking of her at that particular moment.. you know... the usual " she is a wore" thinker...

we men are so cocky think that once a female take the step to ask us for a dance, that automatically means she want a piece of us... well sometimes... but in this new millenium... you better be careful.. w'ap glise ou **** pwan yon move so..

I know the MAIN REASON why I don't ask ladies to dance is because I don't want to bother her and I don't want the REJECTION.

So if the woman wants to dance with a guy, I think the bals would go A LOT better if the women start asking. If the woman doesn't want ask DIRECTLY, voye yon zanmi pou al mande pou'w.

I prefer when the ladies make themselves available for me to approach rather than being aggressive. now don't get me wrong the easier they come the better but it's just not as rewarding.

If a women decides to be aggressive and go after a man that's fine with me. It takes...guts to put yourself out there like that and that's why I will always give that one to the guys...Rayi chen di dan l' blanch, it takes a lot to constantly expose themselves to failure and rejection.

That said, it's not for me. Personally, I am old fashion when it comes to the initial approach. I will not make the first move. Fear of rejection? Perhaps...But here's the thing: People communicate more though "body language" then using actual words Cool So, a sexy stare, a smile, slowly dancing while looking and the infamous giggle still does the trick Wink (anyway, it's a lot more fun that way...the whole chase thing, you know!!!)

But don't get me wrong, once he makes that 1st move, I am more them happy to make the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green

(Generally Speaking wi s'il vous plaƮt!!!)

BACK TO THE TOPIC...Is it fair to say that guys might look at women that are a bit too agressive at bals as being too carefree/loose, and might get the thinking that they MIGHT be too comfortable with too many people?

Pat,

Yes and No.

If a chick wants to dance me because there is some interest then she can come up to me and dance. But after that it doesn't mean she has to DANCE with HALF the crowd.

But if she dances with half the crow, mwen pap pran'l pou anyen!
