So what are the underlying problems?
#1: Bootleggers come up with bal CDs so fast that bands/managers have to rush a live CD before they get a chance to agree on who's going to get what for their contribution.
#2: CDs are produced without written agreements.
#3: Musicians create solo albums, and there is no clear agreement on whether the band has any kind of ownership.

The solutions reside in solving those issues...

I was thinking the same thing when I heard that everything in Ok with Richie and Archill now. I surely hope that maybe they didn't tell Pat about this yet, because if there's no written contract the next few months we may go full circle with this situation. Twop deal fe an zanmitay ak promes nan HMI that's why we get all these money issues.
