When you are serious about a business endeavor you need to take the proper legal steps to safeguard your work. The way I see it, Adrien's only chance is to negociate an amicable deal with that other promoter.

You might be harsh on people but I highly respect you. You always speak your mind and I appreciate your first post on Kagé since last December; that's why we decide to change our format. Pa enkyété'w nap vin sou do pyé'w, nou gen mizik pou'w, nou pap ba'w lamidon anko...lol. Lan weekend lan nap répon advèsè yan. Again, I truly respect your honesty.

This is what I call gross incompetence. The name Kage should have been registered a long time ago, before the band ever came out. If, indeed, the name is unregistered, then management dropped the ball big time. Then again the band is made up with a bunch of wannabes. |

Nèg pam, m'konnen ou pap pa sèvi avè'm. The name Kagé is registered but don't you think that you should respect your fellow musician in that case?. Sé mank denspirasyon, kod etic ké Misyé Calvin manké. Before we choose that name, we did come out with several other names but they were all taken or previousely used.
Mach m'konnen nap zanmi kan menm sé ayisyen nou yé.

What happens to Krezi is completly different from ours. We came out with the name first and CK is trying to cut corners by spelling it K"gé. At the end it will create confusion because they both sound the same. If you do a search on KM regarding Kagé you will see how many post we had since we published our materials. That will look realy good in a court of law.
