How will ARLY LARIVIERE handle this DILEMMA? Read below under the picture.

When NU LOOK released their 3 singles last year, it was widely expected by many observers, and I am sure the maestro also thought the same; THAT THE SONG "WHY NOW?" would be the one that would blow up in the market. Imagine the surprise on everyone when the song that emerged above from the 3 songs, was the track called "CAUCHEMAR". This presents a bit of an issue in a way for ARLY LARIVIERE in terms of MUSICAL DIRECTION TO FOCUS ON THE MOST for the next NU LOOK CD.

Do you keep going with the OLD & PROVEN FORMULA of the LARIVERE SOUND that has produced most of the hits on his group's catalogue...quite a lot if I were to start naming them; and in the process let the fans that are used to THAT SOUND know that "YOUR" NU LOOK is still here...LI PA CHANJE. As you all know, a loyal musical fan base used to being fed a certain type of music/style for years....loves nothing more than being fed the same baby formula that they are accustomed to.

OR does ARLY feed them MORE of the "CAUCHEMAR" style, which is NOT really known as Nu Look's BREAD & BUTTER sound. THAT sound is NOT what got NU LOOK to where it is today; but the fact that it was "CAUCHEMAR" who became the biggest hit of the three; could that be an indication that the NU LOOK fan base is starting to angle for a little bit of change from the maestro in terms of the musical compositions? Is that a sign that they MIGHT want ARLY to focus MORE on a different style than the "regular"? How can or will ARLY know for sure what the REAL answer is?

When the new NU LOOK CD is released, what percentage of the OLD LARIVIERE SOUND should he feed to the fans, compared to the new route that he went on with "Cauchemar"? Will he be BOLD enough to go MORE with the NEW SOUND, and add just a little of the CLASSIC LARIVIERE SOUND, or will he play it SAFE?

WE ARE ALL WAITING ON THE NEW CD!
