Is the HMI losing the battle in terms of their CDS on the internet?
KLASS said that they wanted to set an example with their last CD by asking the media "NOT" to post any songs from their CD online....except the single that the first 2 songs that they had released as a preview to their cd "Ranje Chita w" and "Map Marye"....only to have "REGULAR FANS and many DJS" post the songs on soundcloud and youtube. KAI released a new CD on the market.....MONTHS after the cd's release, there are channels that have the ENTIRE CD on their pages. RUTSHELLE just released a new CD on the market.....LESS THAN 1 WEEK after, if you did a search on youtube...you would be able to find the entire cd on there....including certain channels that have the entire CD on their pages.
Is it SAFE to say that the HMI and its artists have LOST their battle against the internet when it comes to THAT issue? If there is an opposite answer to the statement that I just made....to prove otherwise.....I've yet to see it. There are ACTIONS that bands and artists CAN take to prevent these things from happening.....but are they willing to pull out the CASH $$$$ needed to make it work...A SUIVRE!
